Pirate Party and its bug fixes

There is a political vacuum among Estonian hackers, meaning there is no unified political movement that would give Estonian hackers the power to steer Estonia in the right direction in their fields. The Estonian Pirate Party has been inactive since 2019, and in order to give pirate politics a second chance, I have compiled a list of changes based on the experience of Czech pirates that should be made to correct previous mistakes.
