Cyber ​​risks and the FAST method

Come to hackerspace to put the function-based cyber risk management method FAST (Functions, Assets, Security Threats, Treatments) to the test.

Unlike traditional asset inventorying, FAST examines system behavior through six core functions—based on data flows—and links them to threats within operational environments. Following a brief theoretical overview, we will interactively dissect well-known cyberattacks: analyzing how the attacks were executed and testing the method against real-world incidents. Discussion, critical analysis, and a hacker’s perspective are highly encouraged!
